Fort de Roovere
Fort de Roovere is part of the West Brabant Waterline. From 1628, this waterline resisted several European armies. The forts Moermont, Pinssen, de Roovere and Henricus, Halsters Low, the Line Wall and the Ravel Line together formed the defence line. Fort de Roovere has been completely restored to its former glory and is a beautiful area for walking. Tourists come from far and wide to visit the Moses Bridge, which runs through the water, and the watchtower Pompejus.
